"Heart
of the Peace"
The gateway to the Northwest Peace Country and the heart of agricultural trade for the district, this thriving progressive community is home to Fairview College and many fine recreational and cultural facilities. Fairview has thrived as a service centre for agriculture, oil and gas, and forestry. The town was named after an early homestead and prides itself on being the "Heart of the Peace". To explore Fairview’s homestead history, visit its two museums, the RCMP Centennial Celebrations Museum and the Fairview Pioneer Museum.
