"All the Natural Ingredients"

The Town of Slave Lake features what its citizens proudly call "All the Natural Ingredients" to assure a bright future in commercial and industrial development.

The first natural ingredient is the fact that this energetic community is nestled on the shore of scenic Lesser Slave Lake, the largest body of water in Alberta. Secondly, Slave Lake is surrounded by an enviable amount of natural forestry wealth. Thirdly, the town is a natural gateway to the vast stretch of resource-rich but relatively undeveloped land all the way up to the Northwest Territories.

The greatest resource naturally, is the people who live here. They are energetic, and it has been proven that when they take on a project they will work at it until it becomes a success.
